I'm down just over 3 pounds since last Monday so I am safely (is that ever true?) back in range.
But I'm still 'starting over' every day. Too many splurges one day. Skipping my supplements another. Forgoing exercise a third. BAH! But every morning I get up, weigh-in, and set goals for the day.
Of course, today my daughter threw up violently about an hour before I was supposed to go to the gym so... I never went to the gym.
But I ate well today and I painted a room and that will just have to count for exercise today.
