A new day

I had a bit of a scare last night when my inhaler malfunctioned and gave me too large of a dose of meds. After a few hours in ER, blood work and an EKG, I was sent home. The doctor said, "If it happens again, see if the pharmacist would replace it. Huh? Happen again?? Anyway, I was pretty rattled, but came home and got right on Sparks to record my steps, and my water. While there I caught up on a few posts, and shut it down for the night.
This morning, I checked, and there were some new blog entries, others had down days and perked right up.........why not me? So, though I didn't do my usual walking this morning, I DID put on my pedometer. (Yes, I am about 5000 steps behind, but I intend to add a lap for each day for the rest of the week.) I was discouraged when my husband decided to cancel a few days away this weekend, but then got word that we would be having company here. So, seems like every time I get a negative, a positive has followed. And reading the Sparks posts has kept me from totally wallowing. Evidently I am not an emotional eater because this roller coaster would have been rough. But, I am a "see food" eater, so going to Sparks instead of the kitchen saved me yet again. Smartest thing I ever did was keep my computer out sight of the kitchen.

By the way, is the water tracker strictly for water, tap and bottled? Do we have a place for other no cal liquids.....coffee, tea?

    I think it's just for water, but I add tea into the mix
