I've been off track with my eating for awhile now.
I handle eating better than I used to (both from the emotional and anxiety )perspectives, and I'm proud about that.
I exercise regularly, and am happy with this as well.

I log onto Sparkpeople almost every day and participate. Good for me.

Most days, I have been logging my food accurately, but if I'm to make a permanent change, the level of food tracking needs to improve.

I thought I'd list what's right before what's wrong to remind us all that we can all build on the positive.

I hope you're all making your own healthful changes along with me!

    Log in with your body, too. Most of the time we already know we're eating more than we need, if we're honest. The more my eating revolves around meals, the less I have to have to worry about every bite.

But of course not wanting to write it down can be an eating deterrent, too!

    do not feel bad about being off track with eating sometimes. you just have to start over again.
