    I'm so impressed (though I will admit, some of what you talked about is over my head, I had to read twice, I'm not as advanced)! Curious, what have you found to be the proper nutrition and hydration for you in the days leading up to your runs and then the day of your runs. I'm still trying to perfect it, myself.
