It 's been like forever! I'm not doing well lately with the food. Today I hit a binge trigger big time! I know why. I'm stressed. I know the causes. I need to stop though. I'm drinking the water. I'm exercising. But the food....ugh. Adam is doing so amazing!!!! He had his first Broadway audition last Monday! On my birthday! How amazing was that!

    You really have to figure out how to deal with the stress.

Hope Adam gets something after his big audition.

    Wow.. Congratulations Adam!
How about trying to play a mind game with yourself. Instead of staying away from bad food why not set eating 2 pieces of fruit and 2 servings of vegetables a day as a goal? I know when I'm told I can't have something it makes me want it even more.. lol. Eventually the fruits and veggies will become a habit and you might not want to binge.. It's worth a try anyway :) emoticon
