I finished my first half marathon. Here are the results:
Place: 1st for females 20-29, 2nd female overall, 21 of all half marathoners
This inspires me to CRUSH all my goals! If I can do that I can do ANYTHING. I signed up for a full marathon end of April 2014.
I am applying the same determination to my habit breaking.
After a long flight and drive home I crashed in bed at 2:30 AM this morning, so I'm catching up on sleep. Today's training will be 20 mile bike ride and yoga along with 20 minutes dumbbell exercises.
