Finally!!!

I am having a lot of fun measuring. Turns out that some of things I thought were high calorie are not and vice versa
My in-laws, who are currently staying with me, look at me as if I am crazy but they are too kind to say anything.

All said and done - I am able track my calories better. emoticon

I love my food scale. It's such an accurate way to measure your servings, especially for foods that are difficult to measure.

That's a great way to find out the reality of portion sizes. I really found out what an ounce looked like when I got one. I was surprised at how many potato chips I could have and that my handful of nuts is fairly accurate.

A food scale is a great way to help get portions under control. I have a scale at home and use it from time to time. I need to keep it on the counter so that I use it more often.
