Over the last few months I have made some changes in the way I approach my weight loss. health and life in general. I didn't think it was possible to change as much as I have. I have a lot of my spark friends to thank for that. Your support, comments, guidance have all been so helpful in my changing. Some of the changes have been small like don't be afraid to ask for support. I almost quit because I was scared to ask. Not any more.
Another change was my approach to exercise I learned to make it fun and change it up once in awhile to keep from getting bored.
And I quess the biggest change is my diet plan. Here it is:
I eat 3 meals and 3 snacks a day
I gave up soft drinks.
I now portion out my snacks and meals.
I limit my intake of salt and sugar daily
And increase my water
And finally cut caffine off at 8:00 at night
