I had big plans for this summer and life got in the way. Now I am a week away from school starting and I am feeling either sad or depressed. I am not sure which.

So time to review and recommit to my goals. So I looked at my goals and I recommitted to them. I reset all of my streaks. I even changed to the nutrition linked with the exercise tracker. I am not good at tracking my food. So I am going to change that. Even if it means admitting to myself what I really eat.

I am trying to do something new and I hope this will get me out of my funk.

    Hmmm. I feel rather off too. It's a busy few weeks ahead so thanks for the reminder to put some goals for myself in there. Hang in there and remember you have the chance to start some new routines. It might be logging food! DD has a small book and writes everything in it every night. Hugs! Justyna

    That's the beauty of this, it's never TOO late to change your life, tomorrow is here, make the time for yourself and next summer you'll be rocking out a hot little swimsuit or a little black dress. I am recommitted and doing marvelously...like 2 days in...lol. I need to change my ticker and my goals, I need to work on smaller goals in terms of weight loss and more flexible goals in terms of exercise. I also MUST start strength training. Good luck, put you first and pat yourself on the back for even admitting you have to start over, that's huge in itself.

    I got out of tracking my food and really need to get back to it!! I find if I am not accountable I let myself slide too much!! I really now believe the if you bite it write it!!

    I am sorry you are in a funk!! Maybe mixing up your exercise routine will help!! Exercise produces endorphins which lifts your spirits and make you happy!!

    Summer seems to have flown by so fast this year!!

    Hope you start feeling less sad/depressed with your recommitment to your goals!!
