I had big plans for this summer and life got in the way. Now I am a week away from school starting and I am feeling either sad or depressed. I am not sure which.
So time to review and recommit to my goals. So I looked at my goals and I recommitted to them. I reset all of my streaks. I even changed to the nutrition linked with the exercise tracker. I am not good at tracking my food. So I am going to change that. Even if it means admitting to myself what I really eat.
I am trying to do something new and I hope this will get me out of my funk.
