Day 337: Slow Progress, but Progress

Still making progress on the weight loss front. Unfortunately my dad bought us dinner a lot this last month so it didn't help a ton. But with all the remodeling work I have been doing on the house I'm still burning quite a bit of calories thankfully. Computer is still down, haven't had time to look for a new one. So I turned the internet off for a little while. But here are my stats this month:

Weight: 184.6 (-3.4)
Waist: 39.25 (-0.75)
Hip: 41.25 (-0.75)
Thighs: 21.75 (-0.25)
Upperarm: 12.5 (0)
Calf: 15.5 (-0.75)
Chest: 34.25 (-0.75)
Bust: 38.75 (-0.25)
Body Fat %: 39% (-1%)
Waist to Hip: 0.95 (-0.01)

So I have gone done on numbers a total of 3 inches lost and 3.4 pounds lost. It's progress just the same. Did 20 Day's of 30 Day Shred. With all the drywalling for 4-7 hours straight and mudding and sanding just don't have the energy. Once that part is done, shred here I come again. I absolutely love the video. For now, going to do the kickboxing video by Jillian Michael's next. Should be loads of fun. For now missing everyone. And I'm still around. Going to try and blog when I can at the library. Keep sparking everyone.
