well another Monday and off to slow start Making a menu for today but after a 1 pound gain over what???? not sure why and ask myself please don't weigh until thurs at tops

breakfast
homemade muffin
glass skim milk

snack orange

lunch protein not sure what
cucumbers
broccoli

snack
raisins or applesauce

supper
hamburger
cheese
bread
slaw stir fried
onions
carrots

snack
2 cookies

as positive as I feel not sure why the scale is not moving and while I really try and watch and record everything I don't see a problem

    yes today strength training weights crunches
added lemon cucumbers and orange slices to water
so far ate everything on menu yea emoticon

    Could just be water gain...stay on course and you may see a bigger jump. Try mixing up your exercise routine and do something different...sometimes that makes a difference! Hang in there!
