Anyone remember that song?
What lies do I want to hear? I want you to tell me that strength training is not important to my health nor to my weight loss goals. I hate strength training. There: I've admitted it to the whole world.
This torture is the one aspect of fitness I have not embraced. I have tried various methods'---gym machines, "Fit, Firm, and Fired Up" DID, push-up challenges. Nothing has appealed to me. I feel guilty, stressed, and bad about myself because I can't seem to work strength training into a regular activity and stick with it. I'm doomed!!!!!
So, just tell me it's ok. It doesn't really matter.
