FIRST DAY BACK AT WORK

I enjoyed my holiday but it is nice to be back at work. I relaxed my eating and exercise plan while on holiday and I think the rest did me good. I am all fired up for tonight's turbulence training workout.
I ordered and have received the chi run/walk program and training plan for 5k. I will post my thoughts after I have viewed the dvd and put it into practise.
