Today's challenge is to cut out the music or TV while working out & listen to my body and find the motivation from within.

I like to jog in place while watching tv in the evening. I'll change it up & workout on the Total gym & ball tonight with the tv off.

I don't see the harm of exercising with t.v. or music. They always have those things going in the gym. Good luck with this project perhaps it will make a difference for you. emoticon

    We all have to change our routines every once in a while just to keep things interesting and beneficial. Helps keep us going. I have no routine and sometimes I feel like I am being scattered in fifty thousand directions at once. Guess I will have to follow your direction and get into some kind of routine here.
