It's a New Week...

Time to go back to the drawing board, review previous goals, modify them as needed, set new ones if necessary and get ready for a great week! Do this as often as necessary - it helps to keep you on track!

Many people have a long weekend coming up. It's a great time to be prepared for that, as well.

We can do this, we're all on the same team! :D

    I think weekly goals are a great idea! Sometimes long term goals are easier to put aside.

    My secret for enjoying what I eat, especially in a social setting is to check out the veggies! Whether salads or great grilled veggies or even a raw veggie tray - I fill up on veggies! :D Sometimes the result is that I get to take some left overs home with me, even! :D
