I gave bike riding a try for the second time this year yesterday. I can honestly say its wasn't as painful as the first time but it was painful all the same. My thighs were on fire from using muscles I wasn't use to using. I knew I wanted to burn as least 300 calories yesterday but I wanted to do it fast. So, I pumped those calories out on my bike. With Fall around the corner I might give it a few more tries so I can say I made it part of my routine this year. Desperate to burn even more calories because I went to the show and ate buttered, salted popcorn I got on my treadmill for 50 mins before bedtime. Anyway, I got ahead of my calorie count for the day before laying down for night.
