So my family has commented that I look like I've lost weight. My scale numbers have gone up., so I thought that was strange. However, today. I saw myself in a full length mirror. Then I realized - I hadn't lost weight, I had gained MUSCLE! I've been working on my abs, trying to shrink my belly.
It's been driving me crazy - my underwear keeps falling off cause my belly is still big and my butt is smaller. it didn't occur to me that i was gaining MUSCLE, not just weight. So maybe I haven't backslid as much as I thought I have!
