I'm doing week 4 of C25k again because I'm still pretty out of breath when I'm done with the workout. So, hopefully after doing it again for a week I'll be ready for Week 5.
I haven't lost any weight and that's my own fault because I haven't got my eating under control. I started orientation for my *NEW* nursing job on a neuroscience unit!! Orientation was 8-4, five days a week and I hate that kind of schedule so I didn't plan any of my meals and I only packed like three time in that two week time period. And I had a lot of wedding appointments after work so I would go out to eat with my mom and of course I wouldn't get anything that was healthy for me. And then it didn't helpthat TOM started...always a horrible time for me. So even though I've been running I've only been hurting myself and counteracting the workouts because I haven't gotten my eating under control. I start my first shift on the floor tomorrow night so hopefully I can focus on my food and hopefully this new schedule doesn't screw me up too much hahaha. It's back to staying on track with my eating and packing every night I work and not eating out unless I absolutely, necessarily have too. And if I do eat out...get a friggin salad lol
I'm going to make my last 6 days of August ROCK!!
Only 48 more days until my WEDDING!!!!
