So this has been kind of a weird week for me. I've definitely been great about my food, and it's made a huge difference on the scale. That said, I've also been sick, so I haven't really gotten much exercise done. I hit my 100 minutes, but this may the first month since I started this that I don't hit 1000 minutes of exercise. Between injuries and illness, I feel like it hasn't been my best month for fitness.
On the upside, I'm definitely losing again. I'm now at my lowest weight yet, and I've hit and passed 40 pounds lost. I now weigh less than I did when I moved from PA to TN about a year ago, so that's progress. At least now when I head back up there to see everyone in a few weeks, I won't have ballooned up even larger than I was when they last saw me.
My goals for this coming week are to be as diligent about my food and food tracking as I have been for the past week. Pre-planning meals is really helpful, and given how busy this week will be for me at work, it's also kind of necessary. I also want to get back to the gym this week and to keep working towards my morning workout time goal!
I guess if I had to be sick, it's good I at least got a chance to just really focus on my food for a week. Now, let's see if I can add the rest of my routine back in and keep it all up!
