Cannot believe yet another round of BLC is about to end?! Where have the last 12 weeks gone!?! The kids are back in school, their summer is over. It was supposed to be a do nothing summer but it sure seems like it was busier than ever even though we didn't go anywhere. No vacations and not trips.
As I look back on this round I see lots of things I think I could improve on but before I get to the negative, let's talk about what I did right:
1 Tracking - I did a really good job at tracking this round. Food and Exercise. Sure I missed days here and there but typically I cannot stand to track and so I just don't. Or at least not for long.
2 I lost weight! I hit the very top of my maintenance range! While I am not ready to be put on MoM, I am pretty happy about getting to the top of those five pound range.
What could I improve or change?
1 ST - I go from really liking it to hating it. I think my numbers show that this round I pretty much hated it. LOL I have no idea why but I sure can improve on it a whole lot!
Looking ahead, next round of BLC doesn't start until Sept 25th so if you fail to plan, then of coruse you plan to fail. So What is MY plan for between rounds?
Well to NOT take a break. Continue doing what I am doing and tracking everyday!
My goal is to lose a half pound each week and if I am successful I will start the round as MoM!
How am I going to do that you ask? Well I have been loving being on my bike the last couple weeks 5-6 days each week, eating an 80/20 paleo diet and tracking everything!
Tomorrow I am going to get started on this plan by deciding how many miles on the bike I will ride each week. I have already made and bought a complete menu for this week that I will follow!
