I was tired again and just lazed till time for church. I got there, but was having a low BS (I think) and ran back to car to get an oatmeal-to-go bar and that helped.. I had a good breakfast, so don't know why that might have happened.... Then I stayed and enjoyed a couple buttermilk biscuits and 1/2 a cinnamon roll ... not healthy, but delicious...

Came home and prepped some food... Enjoyed the CoolChick Salad for supper... so nice to have lots of veggies... Then I postponed walking, but eventually Buddy and I got out for about 45 min...

Gotta get better focused.....
Here's to a good week all SP friends...

Gotta plan...... 1780 fitness min. this month, to get to a 2000 minute trophy, I need to do the math...220 min/6 days means I need to get in about 35 min. a day... this is DO-ABLE!!!!!! It will also be a FIRST for ME!!!
