Day two of my renewed commitment to this journey. The scale has been ticking upward... What to do? I just will continue to track my food, increase my activity and have faith in this process.
Today I walked over 90 minutes and still went to the gym for my strength workout. I can do this.
All my food is logged in. Water has been consumed. I am giving this my all.
Now all I can do is wait and see if all this will turn the scale back. Just hope and pray the scale does not go up again.
