BLC #19: Weekly Update Blog (Wk 2)

So the momentum has continued. I tracked all my food and activity all week and stayed in my calorie range everyday. I didn't get quite as much activity this week, but I did do at least 30 minutes every day. I signed up for 5k in September that is for Childhood Obesity Awareness. I'm taking my 5 year old son and my grandma. It should be a lot of fun.
Also this week I lost just over 5 pounds!!! I'm am at 203.6 so close to Onderland!!! I'm so excited. I've lost over 73 pounds in just just over 7 months and have been feeling great.
Also a huge NSV (non scale victory) for me last night. I sat in my office chair and without even thinking about it I crossed my legs in my lap. I haven't been able to do that in forever!
