Feeling really tired today and my stomach hurts. I woke up this morning and my stomach felt really uncomfortable and I wasn't hungry. It felt as if my stomach hadn't digested dinner from last night but I don't understand why since I ate dinner at 5:30. After walking around, doing dishes, putting dishes away, and making breakfast for everyone I still wasn't hungry but forced myself to eat a 1/2 cup of Trader Joe's cereal with a 1/4 cup 2% milk and a small peach. Here it is almost lunch time and I feel stuffed. I have had problems with constipation, yes I know TMI (too much information) but nothing seems to work to help it. I tried eating more fiber, drinking more water, and tried setting a schedule to go but nothing has helped. I even tried stool softeners but those take forever to do anything but for me it doesn't work at all. I'm going to have to force myself to eat my tomato and alfalfa sprouts sandwich for lunch. I also went up .8 of a pound from yesterday so I'm wondering if it's because of being constipated. UGH this sucks! I've been to the doctors for this and they all say the same thing... eat more fiber, drink water, and exercise. I do all of those things and it doesn't help. Does anyone have any tips to help?
