Weights today.

I went to the gym today. I did ten minutes on the elliptical and then about 20 minutes of weight training machines. I did a good job and worked hard. I also did a little over one minute on this crazy-hard stair-stepper machine. I've eaten well so far today. I'm feeling pretty good :) Enjoying the last few moments of summer vacation.
