I twisted or slightly sprained my ankle last week tripping in a ground hog hole while gardening last weds. I have been weight lifting, working on the elliptical and arch trainer and beginning running and a ground hog hole puts me out. It is better, not 100% but better. I was frustrated because the scale went up on thurs to Saturday. I would have been better off staying away from it but I do weigh everyday. Today it is down finally to a new low number. Woo hoo! 40 lbs gone. I realize now just be patient stay on plan and eventually the scale does catch up to what is the truth of your weight.
Tommorow I am ready to get back to action! It may be a little slower til the ankle is totally healed but it's better than sitting on the couch.
