Today's challenge is to check your heart rate while working out. Check your pulse in your neck for 6 seconds then multiply by 6 to find your range.

This will be challenging since I'm on medication to keep it down.

This was a challenge for me. I started to get pain in my chest. I listened to my body & slowed it down.
