BLC #19 WUB Week 2

Week 2 Update:

I moved back to school on Thursday. I am preparing to start my second year in grad school. I spent all summer at home with my parents and my sister, laying out by the pool and going to lunch every day. Being on my own again is definitely a change. Although, now that I am back and on my own (well, technically I live with three other girls), I feel like I can concentrate more on what I am eating and how I am exercising. At my parents, my dad does the cooking so whatever he made is what I ate. Now, I can make healthy decisions on my own. No more starch at every meal or veggies on the side. Here's to chicken, fish, and salads!

emoticon Exercised at least 100 minutes (120)
emoticon 6/7 days in calorie range
emoticon Drank at least 8 cups water every day (I usually have 10-12)
emoticon Wrote my WUB (which you are reading)
emoticon Signed up for a virtual race (1 mile walk...or run, can't remember) and designed a training schedule (the tried and true Couch to 5k, which will hopefully prepare me to walk/run at least a mile by the end of September)
emoticon Did the weekly bonus challenge, one Spark People workout video per day.

emoticon Did no post in my team thread or support a team member this week. I have been so busy packing and moving I haven't really had time. emoticon

So fingers crossed for a good first week of classes (starting Wednesday)!

    Sounds like you are doing a great job! Maybe being back at school will help a lot with being in control of your food choices. I know I have a hard time when I'm at my mom's house because she makes such yummy (and really high calorie) foods. Good luck this coming week and keep up the great work!
