Week 2 Update:
I moved back to school on Thursday. I am preparing to start my second year in grad school. I spent all summer at home with my parents and my sister, laying out by the pool and going to lunch every day. Being on my own again is definitely a change. Although, now that I am back and on my own (well, technically I live with three other girls), I feel like I can concentrate more on what I am eating and how I am exercising. At my parents, my dad does the cooking so whatever he made is what I ate. Now, I can make healthy decisions on my own. No more starch at every meal or veggies on the side. Here's to chicken, fish, and salads!
Exercised at least 100 minutes (120)
6/7 days in calorie range
Drank at least 8 cups water every day (I usually have 10-12)
Wrote my WUB (which you are reading)
Signed up for a virtual race (1 mile walk...or run, can't remember) and designed a training schedule (the tried and true Couch to 5k, which will hopefully prepare me to walk/run at least a mile by the end of September)
Did the weekly bonus challenge, one Spark People workout video per day.
Did no post in my team thread or support a team member this week. I have been so busy packing and moving I haven't really had time.
So fingers crossed for a good first week of classes (starting Wednesday)!
