Anyone else run today?
4 miles for me today and got the pups out for a quick mile cool down:)
Last week was a reset week in terms of work outs:) I ran a few miles, did SWEAT twice, and got some miles on the bike. Trying to figure out a new work schedule and figuring out how to fit in all my workouts:)
Think I got it!
Tuesday stepper and SWEAT possibly yoga at night
Wednesday run possibly SWEAT?? I will have to go back at night if I want to do it.
Thursday spin and SWEAT
Friday run and SWEAT
Saturday stepper and Torque
I also meet with two clients this week:) I cannot believe how quickly I got involved in the fitness industry and how easily things are falling into place:)
My hours at the Y are Saturdays from 9-1 and then I begin teaching classes Sept. 3rd. Personal training by appointment:)
School this year is going to be great! I have a new space with windows! I am able to teach my class in there and not the cafeteria:) So not good last year.
New year=new attitude! BRING IT!
