So I attacked the day, and figured there weren't enough people to see my flopping around if I decided to try and jog/run this morning! So I did... would you believe? It didn't kill me! It actually felt good to set little jog/run goals and push myself... then walk a lot in between! I figured I'd cut maybe 1 or 2 minutes off my average walk time for this route. It usually takes me 39 minutes... today it took me.... wait for it....28 minutes! WOO HOO!
