I haven't been exercising consistently for like a fortnight so today I was starting to ease into a regular exercise routine again. I decided to do a 25 minute easier Jane Fonda workout.
To my surprise, I wasn't even tired out, and I didn't even sweat much. Guess I can up the intensity from now on. Guess I'm not as out of shape as I thought. But some Barre and Pilates moves are still beyond me. That's why I decided to do something lighter in the first place. Guess I'm kinda in between.
I'll keep challenging myself though!
