Between BLC rounds plan

If nothing else this summer has been the worst in my 29 years. I have lost a dear family member and been involved in a horrific car crash as well as my marriage hitting a massive rocky patch that I'm not sure it will recover from. My weight has been all over the place due to lack of being able to exercise. I have not tracked like I should mainly out of fear of seeing what kind of damage I have done. Now that I have joined the gym I feel better about my chances I do better in an atmosphere of fitness and the classes offered are exciting as well. I have done well with exercising now that I am feeling better.
What haven't I done well with?
One work, TRACKING!!!!!!!!!!!! I need to get back to tracking more consistently and I am hoping that once school starts I will be more consistent b/c I will have to be more diligent about keeping up with everything else.
How do I plan on reaching that goal?

What are my plans for between rounds?
Continue to be consistent with my workouts and work very diligently on tracking. I really would like to be at 180 at the start of BLC 23. Since I have a trainer I do believe this is possible.
