Feel like I'm back at square one! Here's the good news... "I'm back".
Goals for the week include but are not limited to:
Chair squats - daily
Cardio - Tues, Thurs, Sat.
Deliberate portion control (count & weigh)
Fruit & Veggie portions x7 daily (Juicing here I come!)
