I posted on a Microsoft forum and someone from microsoft replied

I am hoping it is a real professional and not someone just trying to set me up. I will wait till the reply comes in.
I sent them a very long description of my problem. The told me to un-install but it will not happen. I have tried many times using the instructions in FAMILY SAFETY. I hope they will help but I am not holding my breath.

Today I awoke in an organising mode. I took out 6 shelves in my spice jar cupboards and I washed and tossed and labelled and re-arranged the shelf heights.

That meant I really should do my kitchen pantries too, they are done.

Next our bedroom was still in a mess since our kids left things behind.

I sorted all of my clothes and asked DH to put up another shelf across the back wall of the walk in closet a plywood shelf over 8 feet long and at counter height. No back breaking drawers any more.
Together we made a long shelf where I can stack my tops that I do not hang up. Crew necks and turtle necks all folded and stacked.

Then DH wanted his drawers in his walk in removed. We did that and I took it out to the RV and I have replaced the plastic drawers with the set of drawers made our of a substantial plastic resin and there were three drawers and now there are 4 and twice as wide.

I am happy DH is happy and the bedroom looks so much bigger and easier to get to our clothes.

    I just completely cleaned out our walk-in closet in our bedroom and ended up donating about 8 bags! Large trash bags...where does all this stuff come from, lol. Some things I hadn't worn in many years so I donated them so someone else could wear them.

    My goodness Pat! I always get tired just reading your posts!! emoticon Hope you get your puter fixed soon. Bob used to work tech support for Microsoft up until about 6 years ago.

    Hi Pat.

I am hoping that things will straighten out soon. You always inspire me but I can't stand up for that long! I would love to reorganize and throw stuff out!

My surgery meds have worn off and now the other meds are working. Today I felt like normal Terri, and I am getting better with my crutches! Just hope that I don't have them too long.

    Pat, I really hope that you get some kind of results from Microsoft. They are suppose to be a very reputiable company. I don't know if you can talk to them over the phone so that they could guide you step by step on how to do the uninstall. I have also heard that they can charge you for it too.

I know you are having a really bad time with your computers and I wish that there was something that I could do to help you. I had thought about suggesting that you go to our computer guy but again that would cost you more money. Although he is really good.

The other thing is that you should contact the computer guy that you went to in the beginning. He needs to correct whatever happened to your computers. Then he needs to correct the thumb drives that he had put your pictures on. He should tell you the passwords or access info so that you can get onto them. It shouldn't cost you anything for him to do it either. I think that he is responsible for all of your problems.

I will pray that you can get your computer problems fixed soon and that you will be able to save your pictures. I know that they really mean a lot to you.

I am glad that all of your organizing ideas worked great and that you and your husband were able to get it all done. It is always good when you have accomplished so much.

    I've worked with Microsoft message boards--I think you're safe. If you are not comfortable with this, you can always contact Microsoft tech support directly.
I love your organizing---I sure wish the mood would hit me more often!!

    I have dealt with Microsoft and they do get
back to you, so I hope it won't be too long.
Most times it is right on the spot when they
troubleshoot and walk you through it. After
my brother's involvement with scammers,
just know that Microsoft never phones you.
I can understand your frustration, so I sincerely
hope that you get it all fixed soon.
Good job won working around the house - I need you
to organise mine, lol. You always achieve so much.
