I woke up early this morning when I really wanted to sleep longer. I know from experience that I might as well get up because I won't go back to sleep.
I have been dragging a little but still working on my steps.
It is a beautiful day and DH and I are getting ready for a yard sale next weekend. We are doing things slowly just like my weight loss!
I only have to look at my stats for this summer to see why I am not getting anywhere. I have been getting too much fat and sugar in my diet and all those little nibbles and treats add up!
BUT on a more positive note: I am staying in my range. I go a couple of pounds up then a couple of pounds down. So I basically stay the same. I guess that is maintaining!
I need to get back on track for losing though. I need to keep my motivation and my momentum going forward. I want to get in more exercise and fewer calories without going to extremes. My goals for this coming week are to:
1. stay within 1200 calories a day
2. exercise for 30 minutes a day.
3. get at least 10,000 steps a day.
4. TAKE IT ONE STEP AT A TIME!
5. HANG IN THERE!
