A Sleepy Saturday.

emoticon I woke up early this morning when I really wanted to sleep longer. I know from experience that I might as well get up because I won't go back to sleep. emoticon

I have been dragging a little but still working on my steps. emoticon

It is a beautiful day and DH and I are getting ready for a yard sale next weekend. We are doing things slowly just like my weight loss! emoticon

emoticon I only have to look at my stats for this summer to see why I am not getting anywhere. I have been getting too much fat and sugar in my diet and all those little nibbles and treats add up!

BUT on a more positive note: I am staying in my range. I go a couple of pounds up then a couple of pounds down. So I basically stay the same. I guess that is maintaining! emoticon

I need to get back on track for losing though. I need to keep my motivation and my momentum going forward. I want to get in more exercise and fewer calories without going to extremes. My goals for this coming week are to:
1. stay within 1200 calories a day
2. exercise for 30 minutes a day.
3. get at least 10,000 steps a day.
4. TAKE IT ONE STEP AT A TIME! emoticon
5. HANG IN THERE!

    I do love your goals and I agree one step at a time, you will get there. I will always cheer you on.
Can't wait to hear about your yard sale, hope you give me some tips, we should have one we has lots of things we need to get rid of.
