I ate 95% healthy and increased my water intake. I have lost over 20 pounds this round. Yay!!
What is your goal for between rounds?
Maintain in the 250s, preferably be in the lower 250s by the next round.
What is your plan for reaching your goal between rounds?
I plan to stick to my Whole 30 plan.

I am in the process of making some motivational things for myself and also working on a routine for me to follow.
Evaluate this round, what is one thing you want to improve/change?
I want to work on being more positive. Stress has really gotten to me this round and has lead me to being a little negative at some times. But for what I have been through in the last 5 months, I wouldn't blame anyone else if they were negative at times.
1. Drink more than 32 oz of water.
2. Work on meditation (currently reading the book '8 Minute Mediation')
3. Find more recipes for Whole 30 so I have more of a variety!
