Hello, Today was a 25 minute run. It was TOUGH!! But, I finished and didn't quit. Even though I wanted to. Monday is a 28 minute run. I don't run very fast. I try to pick the pace up for a while but we have small hills that we need to go up a few times during the run and I get pretty slow going uphill. My husband says that they are not hills that they are humps but to my short, fat legs they are hills. I am getting better every time because I don't get quite as winded going up the "humps". We have one more week and we will have finished the couch 25k app. Our 5k isn't until October 12th so we will have to come up with our own training plan once the app is finished to keep improving. We will be lucky to finish in 45 minutes. But we still have a couple of months to train. I only lost .4 pounds this week but I am trying not to get discouraged and finally measured myself today so that here on in I will be measuring once a week when I weigh.Well, Happy Saturday everyone!
