Eek-Keto-ing up my SGD recipe didn't work!

Yesterday, as an experiment in satiation and to try and Keto up my SGD a little, I added 2 TBL of olive oil to my dark cocoa stevia sweetened flax seed almond meal cereal.

I didn't feel fuller, really, that I could tell. AND, worst of all, this AM I weighed almost 2.25 lbs more than a couple days ago.

Today's weigh-in is at: 141

Plus, my belly fat does feel more swollen. I think I will go back to my slightly higher, somewhat carby SGD, which I know works for my body/build/blood type... because the extra oil did NOT work. :D

    Protein is what keeps you fuller longer so eat things higher in protein and watch sodium it makes you retain fluids (up to 5 pounds can be just fluid)
