My Favorite Exercise/Least Favorite Exercise(A&I Team)

Since I started Sparkpeople in April of 2012, my favorite exercise is Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds. I love how positive she is and upbeat! Love it!

My least favorite exercise is strength. I cannot say I hate it, but it just seems to be one of the last things I find myself doing or wanting to do. I need to change this and start doing strength training!

    I love strength training and I am amazed how the shape is changing and the stamina that I have now to do things :)

    The greatest thing about ST is...the more muscle you build, the more calories you burn throughout the day!

I was helping DD paint her office, and was amazed at how long I could paint above my head (the ceiling) without my arms was emoticon At one time I couldn't hold my arms up for more than a few minutes, and now I can do it for hours.

I love Leslie Sansone too! That's what I did when I was losing my 150 pounds! I've also met Leslie and walked with her in person twice. She's emoticon
