I've now crept up 4 pounds from my low in April, and there's no mystery to it. I'm simply not tracking. I track at work and then don't bother when I get home, figuring I'll just estimate in my head for the rest of my calories. Figured that as long as I stay strictly on my WheatBelly diet I don't really need to track. Well, the results are in and this doesn't work for me.
I'm going to a wedding next weekend for which I found a slinky wrap dress and I want to feel slinky, dang it. So my plan for this week:
Track everything, and I mean everything
Took my top range down from 1550 to 1400, where I've had more success in the past
Participate daily on this site. That's the other big benefit to tracking - it gets me on here, and then I blog and check up on my friends and follow discussion boards. I need this, why am I not doing it?
