New Shoes, New Me

Went walking on the trail and I can't believe what a difference new shoes have made. I must have went too long in the old pair to have injured myself like I did. But I'm back and after such a long rest, better than ever.
Then today, I'm perusing the other blogs on here and someone mentions 'plank'. What is a plank? So I ask my daughter and she demonstrates for me, tells me is works your core. Hmmmm, I'm interested in working my core so I'm going to try it starting today (my new daily challenge!). Did 300 crunches too, can't wait until my flabby stomach is gone, I should have awesome abs if I can get rid of the flab that is hiding them!
Anyway - fabulous day and I'm feeling happy.

    Glad the shoes made your walk so much better.

    If you can do 300 crunches, your abs are already awesome. Losing the flab will just let everyone else know that. emoticon
