I think that something might be in the air... I had an off week this week, as it seems a few of us have. I ate pretty well, but not my "chicken and vegetables" well. It was inevitable. The mature Janell would have used this week before school starts to workout everyday with all this free time, I didn't work out once... But on the bright side I bought this cute gym bag! :D
I'm going to the store today to buy a bunch of healthy groceries, and gym bag necessities! I am going to become a morning goer, and thus a gym shower'er.. I have never been either of these things, any and all suggestions would be appreciated!
As for the dreaded results of this week....
if you can call it that....
Week 1: 228
Week 2: 225
Week 3: 231?? What? or 225??... or 227? I think I'm sticking with 227.
*It is a good thing I start going to the gym again monday, I will be using their scale! Its a doctors scale.. so I think it will be more accurate. My dumb scale Had me jumping all around , the majority of the week said 227 so that is what I am going to stick with. Which means a gain of 2 pounds.
Inevitable. I am not worried about it at all :) This week is going to be a lot better! Going back to prepacking healthy meals M-F! If I go out on friday, i want to make GOOD choices! Lets kick this next weeks butt :D
