I changed my weight this morning because I'd lost some weight. I get in from my walk, and I entered my mileage and my breakfast, and suddenly my meal plan went from 1690-2040 per day to 2030-2380. What's up with that? I'm not on the new system which calculates the calories you lose with your exercise. I'm on the old set up, which has the set amount. I TOTALLY expected the calories to go DOWN since I'm losing weight instead of going up. :( Oh well, I'll eat what I'm eating until I'm full. If that's way below what they're expecting then oh well!
