good Morning; I got on the scale and lost weight!! I have been going to the gym 3 x a week and tracking food. I used to jump on the scale all the time but now only 1 time a week. With DS in the house, this is actually helping me watch my program carefully. I am on alert of my emotions and my program. Yesterday morning was not a good time with DS. He was having high anxiety. When it came to time for me to go to the gym, I took off and just said a prayer. He was actually much better when I came back. He is actually trying to see what triggers his anxiety. My counselor told me that DS should keep a diary about these episodes. DS says he is not going to do that.
He sees his new counselor on thursday.
DH and I have decided to go away a weekend a month so we can have a little peace to ourselves. DS is having more good days than bad days. We have had some good talks. Today is a deep cleaning day. I want major cleaning done which Dh is going to help. DS is supposed to go to get his mail from his apt. He is keeping apt until Oct 1. He had to give a month notice. It is his decision and money. He is managing what little money he is getting well and also sending support to his daughter. We just do not know if GF is handling money well. I have to let this go and say a prayer.
