First off, I'm doing day 7 on Saturday not Friday. Meaning I'm blogging late.
Challenge items for Day 7:
1)Logging - Incomplete
2)Exercise - Done
3)Blogging - Incomplete
I weighed in this morning and was 185.4. This is a huge bummer, because I know it's due to self sabotage last night. I didn't log and had beer, a huge mistake before weighing in.
I also learned that I am a morning exerciser. I have to drag myself to my workouts in the afternoon/evenings.
I completed my challenges 5 out of 7 days. I'm pretty happy about that. We'll see how the rest of today goes.
