Lunch Break Workout

Yup, that's right! A second blog today! Guess it just means I have been thinking alot!

I've had my new job for approximately two months and my workouts have been irregular. I would work out after work unless I was too tired or had socialization plans. To say the least, I needed to figure out a different way to go about this. It just wasn't working.

So, the last few days I have been thinking and thinking and thinking. I even tried being a morning person. Actually I've tried that several times in the last year. If something isn't getting you to your goal, try something else. But, don't give up on your goal. Ever. Ever. Ever.

I am not going to give up on this goal. There has to be a way to make this work. This time I am going to try to do a 30-minute work out during my lunch hour. I am really excited for this and have very high hopes for it.

Tomorrow will be the first run!
