I ate well today i.e. followed the Eat to Live diet to the best of my ability considering that I couldn't get to the grocery store and had to eat what was in the house.
Okra in Stewed Tomatoes
Tomorrow will be busy. I have a long drive and some business to take care of so I will probably eat out. I should be OK if I stick with the sushi and a salad. Then, I'll be able to shop on Sunday. Exercise is still on the back burner until my ankle gets better. Though I'll be moving boxes and unpacking so I will be burning some calories anyway.
I'm happy that I've done my best today and haven't given up even though I haven't been able to complete all my diet and exercise goals "perfectly".
