Blah day!!!

I am feeling so out of it today. Hopefully things will be better tomorrow. I get on the scale tomorrow and i am not looking forward to it. I wasn't very good at tracking this week. Hopefully with kids starting school on the 3rd, my days will be more structured. I start school this Tuesday and will see how it goes with managing school, my kids going back to school, house chores, dinner, kids' sports, and whatever else goes along with being a mom :)

  I find when school starts, it takes a couple of weeks to get into the new schedule and get my body to respond to the different timetable.

This is a bump in the road. Put the scale away for one month and do what you need to do and just make it one day at a time. I think the anticipation of reaching wonderland is driving you crazy. Focus on now not Thanksgiving -- it will happen but you have to believe in it with all your being!
