This next weeks plan... meeting in the middle!

So if you read my last blog you know that my sister is doing an ultra low carb diet and is KILLING it. I don't think that what she is doing is unhealthy in fact, I have read a lot of low carb and paleo and such, and I think that it makes sense, however... right now... it isn't for me.
Maybe this will change in a week or two, who knows... but for now I am NOT going to do that diet. But... I do want to cut my carb intake. I want the carbs that I do eat to come from fresh vegetables and a few fruit!
School starts next week and I think it's really gonna be a make or break week. I am the kind of person who needs to start fresh and get into a routine. Well, for me... this semester I am really gonna try hard to make it to the gym AT LEAST 3 times a week... here comes the kicker...between 5:30 and 6:00am. I am so not a morning person, but I also don't love having late classes, SO... everyday I have class 8-11, work from 11-5, and homework from 5-whenever i finish. There would be no chance that i would fit a workout in, even if I didn't have homework! It just wouldn't happen.
So we shall see how this next week goes... I bought a new cute gym back and it just got here today, maybe i'll post it in my next blog or i'll do a vlog or something :)
As for food, they are mainly going to be the same things I was doing the past two weeks (this week I didn't stay on program and the scale proved it.. I wasn't crazy, don't worry)
I'll basically be eating the same things everyday, things that are grab and go!
