Short One For Friday

Yep..this will be short. Had lunch with my work peeps. Red Rock buffet, had just small helping of stuff. Some dessert, water to drink. I tend to stay away from buffet salad bars, so no real salad. I had some sushi, two small dim sums, two small pork buns, two small sesame balls, a roasted (no skin) chicken thigh, a small spring roll, some cucumber salad, a few sweet potato waffle fries, some pulled pork, and two meatballs. As you can see it sounds like a lot, but I made sure to NOT heap my plate up. I had two plates of food. If you put just a little on each plate it seems like your eating more. emoticon Dessert was one small Cannoli, a small squire of chocolate cake, a puff pastry thingy, and a Strawberry roll up thingy.

This morning I had my coffee (twice!), a banana, and homemade blueberry muffin (co-worker made them with her little girl..I didn't have the heart to say no). So I may be over calories. I'll have to try to log all of this tonight. emoticon

Hubby is feeling better and it's..wait for it...TGIF!!!! TGIF!!! emoticon

OK..that'll be it for me for now...oh yeah...no workout today due to the lunch thing. MAYBE (if I can get off my fat, but cute, butt tonight) I may do one at home.
